Expert lawyers from Irwin Mitchell helped a woman to claim £35,000 following a road traffic collision.
Our client was a front seat passenger in a friend's vehicle when another vehicle impacted into the front passenger side with our client taking the majority of the impact.
Our client’s vehicle was significantly damaged and she was required to be cut out of the vehicle by the Fire Brigade with the use of heavy cutting equipment. She suffered soft tissue injury to the left knee, right ankle and fractured distal tibia and fibula.
Difficulty walking, with pain in the right ankle, our client regularly uses a walking stick and crutch and is unable to walk for more than 10-15 minutes without pain. She also takes painkilling medication on a regular basis.
Irwin Mitchell secured compensation of £35,000 in an out of court settlement.
