What do you need help with?
  • British Citizenship & Naturalisation

If you’ve lived in the UK for five years and hold Indefinite Leave to Remain, you may be able to apply for British citizenship. This will allow you to stay in the UK permanently with the same rights as UK citizens.

  • EU & EEA Immigration

Brexit has changed the way EU and EEA nationals can live and work in the UK. If you’re an EU or EEA national, you’ll need to apply for UK immigration status to stay in the UK.

  • Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent route is a gateway to working in the UK. This visa is designed for those recognised as leaders or emerging leaders, offering minimal restrictions and, in many cases, a fast track to settlement.

  • Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) Visa

This visa is for individuals who want to come to the UK on a temporary basis to gain work experience, undertake training, conduct research, or participate in an Overseas Government Language Programme. This visa must be sponsored under an approved government-authorised exchange scheme.

  • Indefinite Leave To Remain

Indefinite Leave to Remain is the entitlement to live and work permanently in the UK, without any restrictions and with access to benefits, education and healthcare.

  • Permanent Residence

Permanent residence is a legal status under EU freedom of movement law. If you live in the UK and want to stay here permanently, our immigration solicitors can advise on your options.

  • Spouse Visa

If you are living permanently in the UK and your spouse or partner wants to join you, they may need a spouse visa. We can help you get one.

As your legal partner, we’ll help you navigate the immigration process so you can feel confident in your future here

We understand that moving to the UK can be a complicated and stressful experience. Our immigration solicitors will get to know you and your plans for the future so we can help you achieve your ambitions in our country.

With years of experience advising people in a wide range of situations, we know how difficult moving to a new country can be. We’ll do everything we can to make your move as smooth and worry-free as possible. And once you’re here, you’ll have our full support with any other legal issues you may have.

How can our immigration solicitors help?

Whatever your reason for coming to the UK, our immigration specialists can make the process as straightforward as possible. We’ll help you apply for the right visa to:

  • Invest or start a business
  • Attend a business trip or conference
  • Work (short or long-term)
  • Study or carry out research
  • Receive private medical treatment
  • Visit for a short stay
  • Bring your family with you

If you already have a visa, we can help you extend it or apply for settlement so you can stay permanently. If you are not eligible right away, we’ll explain your options and create a plan to help you apply in the future.

We also assist with problems during your move, including challenging rejected visa applications and advising on alternatives so you can continue with your plans.

If you live outside the EEA, you will need a visa to move to the UK and must meet its terms to stay here. Each visa has its own criteria and conditions, and choosing the right one is essential — especially if you want to work or bring your family. Entering on the wrong visa or overstaying can put you at risk of deportation.

Whether you are planning your move, already here, or facing a visa issue, our experienced immigration solicitors are here to guide and support you.
