Hearing Set To Last Up To Six Weeks
Specialist lawyers representing victims injured in the bin lorry crash in Glasgow in December last year have revealed their hopes that the upcoming fatal accident inquiry (FAI) will provide long-awaited answers regarding the incident.
Beginning at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow (July 22nd), the FAI will analyse the chain of events which led to the incident in which six people were killed and ten others injured.
It is thought the inquiry will last for around six weeks and it comes after the Crown Office earlier this year stated that no charges would be brought following a review of a police report into the tragedy.
Serious injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell Scotland have urged that comprehensive answers can be provided regarding what happened.
