In January 2010 our client and a friend were making their way to a second friend’s home to collect some nappies as our client had run out.
Our client was walking along the footpath when her right foot went down into a hole causing our client to fall forwards and slightly to her right on to a broken fence post which was protruding from the ground of a property in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
As a result our client sustained a large cut above her left eye requiring six sutures, suspected fractured cheekbone, bruising, cuts and grazes to the right side of her body.
Liability was admitted and the client received £3000 compensation for her injuries.
