Maureen Green sustained injury whilst a passenger on the Arriva the Shires Limited, double decker bus.
Our Client had pressed the bell for the bus to stop and remained seated until it came to a stop. Maureen came down the stairs from the upper deck but whilst doing so, the bus driver set off again without warning.
Our client held onto the hand rail but began to fall forwards due to the momentum. As a result the she suffered a dislocated her left shoulder.
