Our client was injured in an accident while he was playing football at a public sports centre.

During a game of football, a metal goalpost that had not been properly fixed fell and struck our client on the head. He was taken to hospital with a wound to his scalp. He made a full recovery apart from a small scar.

As our client was under 18, a compensation settlement was agreed with the approval of a judge and our client received £850.
