

Relatives Instruct Specialist Lawyers At Irwin Mitchell To Investigate Circumstances Surrounding Fatal Collision
The family of a motorcyclist, who died in a crash on his way to work, is hoping an upcoming inquest will provide much-needed answers surrounding his death.
John Harold was fatally injured when his bike was involved in a collision with a van near the A12 Redbridge roundabout in north east London on 10 January 2017.
Following the death of the 52-year-old, from Romford, his family instructed specialist serious injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and support them through the inquest process.
John’s family, including widow Mandy, is now hoping an upcoming inquest will provide it with vital answers regarding the collision.

John, who ran a window cleaning business, was travelling to work in central London when the crash happened on the A12, near to the junction with Studley Drive. Paramedics tried to save the father-of-four and grandfather-of-six but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mandy, 55, said: “John was a committed family man who enjoyed spending time with his family.
“Everyone has been left heartbroken by the loss of an amazing husband, dad, granddad, friend, son and brother. As a family, we just want to be able to understand what happened to John that day and whether anything could have been done to prevent his death.”
An inquest is due to start at Walthamstow Coroner’s Court on 19 October.
