

Law Firm Continues Business Division Investment
The Manchester office of law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has boosted its Corporate and Tax teams with the appointment of Anamika Pandey and Jessica Greenhalgh.
Corporate solicitor Jessica Greenhalgh moves to Irwin Mitchell from Davis Blank Furniss in Manchester. Jessica has a broad range of corporate law experience which includes advising on company M&A, restructuring, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
Anamika Pandey joins as a tax solicitor from Addleshaw Goddard. She has three years of experience in tax advisory work, and her arrival marks the first appointment to the firm’s national Tax practice since the arrival of partner Sarah Cardew in September 2017.
In December, Irwin Mitchell launched its corporate team in Manchester with the appointment of two partners, Victoria Zivkovic and Adam Kaucher.

At the start of this year, Irwin Mitchell has been named as one of the most active M&A law firms. The independent Experian MarketIQ report, which is derived from the Corpfin global M&A database, ranked Irwin Mitchell in the top 10 for the second year in a row according to the number of transactions it advised clients on.
Last month, Irwin Mitchell completed its move to 1 St Peter’s Square in Manchester. The firm signed a 15-year lease for 33,300 sq ft of office space earlier this year and it now occupies one and a half floors within the 13 storey building.
