

Significant Boost To Business Division
Leading law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced the appointment of two corporate partners, Adam Kaucher and Victoria Zivkovic, to its business division in Manchester.
Underlining the firm’s commitment to the expansion of its Business Legal Services division in Manchester, the appointment of the pair brings a wealth of corporate transactional experience to complement its well-regarded offering within the fields of real estate, banking, restructuring, employment and litigation.
Adam Kaucher joins from Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester, having previously spent several years in central Asia as regional head of legal for KPMG and in a global law firm.
He has a wealth of cross border and domestic transactional experience, including public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, banking and IPOs.
Victoria joins from PwC Legal, where she headed up the corporate team in Manchester and has led and advised on a number of high profile M&A projects and international restructuring projects.
She has a broad range of corporate experience including private equity and private M&A with a number of firms including at Pinsent Masons and at Cobbetts, where Adam was a corporate partner and the two worked side by side for several years.
