Biography
I am a solicitor based in Irwin Mitchell's central Cardiff office, specialising in Court of Protection health and welfare disputes and civil liberties cases. With a dedicated focus on representing vulnerable individuals and their families, I regularly work on cases involving mental capacity issues, best interests decisions, and complex healthcare matters.
In particular, my work involves cases concerning the rights of individuals subject to care arrangements, deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS), and other significant welfare issues.
