Real Estate Team support £5.5m Marylebone Townhouse Restoration
Irwin Mitchell has acted as legal adviser on a prominent prime central London project, supporting CapitalRise’s £5.5 million investment in the restoration of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in Marylebone.
Under the leadership of partner Ayesha Hasan, Irwin Mitchell’s real estate legal team—including Delver Punia—conducted legal due diligence for CapitalRise. The project involves restoring a property on Manchester Street, located within the Portman Estate Conservation Area, transforming it from a former HMO into a distinguished single residence.
The approved plans include a sympathetic refurbishment across five levels, featuring four ensuite bedrooms and a blend of original Georgian architecture with contemporary luxury finishes.
