Promotions And New Legal Director Role Reflect Firm’s Emphasis On People Development And Ambitions For The Future
National law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced 104 new associates, senior associates and legal directors as part of this year’s promotion round.
The numbers include 48 associates, 37 senior associates and 19 legal directors, in recognition of the contribution they have made to the business and recognising the importance of their skills in the firm meeting its ambitions for the future.
This year’s promotions see the introduction of the new role legal director. As one of the senior positions in legal careers, this promotion is for those colleagues in senior client facing roles, who have been recognised within the business and without for their significant expertise in their field.
The promotions cover the breadth of legal services offered by Irwin Mitchell for both individuals and businesses and also recognise the national reach of the firm with colleagues from many offices promoted.
