Craig Marshall is Group Chief Executive Officer of Irwin Mitchell, one of the UK's leading legal and professional services firms.
I am responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the business, working with colleagues across the firm to drive sustainable growth, enhance client experience and ensure Irwin Mitchell continues to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving legal market.
Having joined the firm in 2007, I have held a number of senior leadership roles before being appointed Group CEO in 2023. My experience spans legal practice, operational and strategic leadership and business transformation, giving me a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing both the legal profession and the clients it serves.
