Financial Firm Wins Active Manager of the Year
Irwin Mitchell’s asset management division has been awarded Active Manager of the Year at the Money Age’s 2021 Asset Management Awards.
Now in their third year, the awards recognise the best UK and European asset management companies and their achievements.
The winners were announced at a virtual event yesterday (20 May). The award was the judges’ decision, where six professionals in the asset management industry determined Irwin Mitchell’s win.
Expert Opinion
“We’re over the moon that the judges chose our team for Active Manager of the Year.
“We’ve worked hard over the years to grow our business and especially during the coronavirus pandemic it has been important to provide the best support possible for our clients, which we have a long track record of achieving, so to have this recognised at the Asset Management Awards is a brilliant accomplishment for us.”
“I’d like to congratulate all of the other winners and thank the judges again for their consideration.” Richard Potts - CEO of IM Asset Management Ltd
This is the asset management division’s second award win of the year after being awarded Customer Service Team of the Year at the Yorkshire Financial Awards in February.
In another success, Irwin Mitchell Asset Management recently announced its commercial partnership with British Wheelchair Basketball (BWB). The four-year partnership will see the national legal and financial firm become BWB’s Official Supplier for Wealth Management.
