Deal Set To Drive North West Based Job Management Software Firm’s Growth in 2022
Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate team has acted in the sale of jobs management software firm Eworks Manager to the ClearCourse Partnership. The deal is set to strengthen the Partnership’s Business services division and boost Wirral-based Ework’s growth plans for 2022.
Led by partner Victoria Zivkovic and supported by solicitor James King, the deal will see Eworks Manager become part of ClearCourse allowing the pair to develop their growing global customer base.
Eworks provides job management software solutions for customers in a range of business sectors, from facilities management, through to security and plumbing and heating.
Founded in 2013, Eworks has refined its suite of software products to include an administration system app, including quote support, job planning and inventory management, through to invoicing and vehicle tracking.
Following the deal, Clear Accept, the proprietary payments platform from ClearCourse, will be integrated with Eworks. Other ClearCourse products, such as the CRM solutions provider BrightOffice will also offer their customers further benefits.

Based in Birkenhead, Wirral and with an office in South Africa, managing director Sam Kenwright will continue to lead his 20 strong Eworks team following the deal.
