New Video Campaign Puts Colleagues At Forefront Of Irwin Mitchell
Colleagues Working From Home Look Forward To Brighter Days In New Advert
Irwin Mitchell launches its latest video campaign today featuring colleagues from across the country – and a few cameos from their families – recognising the resolve and innovation shown in dealing with the coronavirus crisis.
Since the coronavirus lockdown period began back in March 2,800 colleagues have been working remotely to help their clients to resolve their legal and financial issues, using the secure technology to video call and share documents digitally.
While the firm’s 14 office locations may be closed to visitors, the new video featuring staff in their homes, seeks to showcase that Irwin Mitchell is still open for business and here to resolve any issues people are having whether related to their business or personal lives.
“It’s been an incredible response from our colleagues to the coronavirus crisis and we wanted to put them at the forefront of our latest campaign, which recognises the resolve and innovation they have shown in ensuring they are there for all of our clients.
Our colleagues up and down the country are working flexibly and remotely, but the one constant is that our commitment to providing an excellent service for our clients remains the same.
There are many stories of successful court trials, mediations and settlement meetings via video from the past few weeks and we are proud to be involved in several trial processes within the legal industry to make sure access to justice continues no matter what.
Our new video shows the human side to our organisation. Behind every legal case are real people who want to know that they are supported and understood; and our message to them is that whether they need legal or financial advice we are here for them, just like we’ve always been.”
