TMA Committed To Growing Its Presence In Region
The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) has established a regional board in the South East Counties and appointed Rebecca Walker from Irwin Mitchell as the chairperson.
Established in America in 1988, the TMA is a global member's organisation formed to promote the interests of professionals engaged in business turnaround via networking, knowledge sharing and professional development.
The TMA is committed to growing its presence in the UK regions and replicating its successes in London. This region covered by the new board will be Brighton, Crawley, Kent and Surrey.
The South East Counties regional board will be chaired by Rebecca Walker. Rebecca is a senior associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency department at law firm Irwin Mitchell and has a focus on solvent and insolvent corporate restructurings.
Rebecca will be joined by Brian Burke, a licensed insolvency practitioner at Quantuma LLP, Joe Waters who leads the local sales team for Bibby Financial Services and Kevin Counihan, a senior appraiser at SIA Group.
TMA President in the UK, Peter Stevens, said: “TMA is the go-to source for industry networking opportunities and enables members to connect with a network of more than 8,300 individuals around the world. The TMA has been hugely successful since it started in the UK in 2001 and I’m looking forward to seeing it grow across the South East Counties region.”
