 
             
            Yorkshire Advisers Support Job-Saving Rescue Deal
Almost 20 jobs at a Brighton-based electrical contractor been saved following the completion of a rescue deal which was supported by a team of  Yorkshire-based advisers.
 
Blair Installations Limited, a Brighton-based electrical contractor which provided services to a number of private and public sector organisations in the Brighton and Sussex area, has been bought in a pre-pack sale after it went into Administration in August following a challenging trading period for the company. 
 
A deal has been reached to transfer the assets of the company, including the contracts of 19 employees, to Solar Power Installations Limited.
Sheffield-based Insolvency Practitioner, Adrian Graham, of Graywoods was appointed Administrator at the end of August and successfully negotiated the sale of the business to Solar Power Installations Limited.
