Special 007-Themed Ball Held As Part Of Million Makers Scheme
James Bond fans turned on the glitz and the glamour in Manchester in the name of charity last week, raising £14,000 for the Prince’s Trust at a special 007-themed ball organised by national law firm Irwin Mitchell.
The black-tie event at The Hilton Deansgate on Thursday (November 5th) saw guests enjoy a host of Bond-style entertainment throughout the evening, including casino tables, film props, magicians, music from the films and the odd shaken martini thrown in the mix.
Irwin Mitchell’s Manchester office organised the event, arranged to coincide with the release of new 007 adventure Spectre, as part of its involvement in the Prince’s Trust Million Makers initiative.
The national competition challenges corporate teams to work together and come up with ideas to raise £1 million in aid of the charity.
