Business and Government Come Together At High Profile Event

The future of the UK’s small companies will be discussed at the Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSBs) first policy conference of 2014 on Monday (27 Jan).
 
The event brings together the Government and the business community in order to discuss the future of entrepreneurship in Britain and how smaller firms can take advantage of the recovery.
 
Topics on the agenda for discussion include how the Government can formulate enterprise policy in order to boost opportunities for SMEs in the future. Former Queens Award for Enterprise winner, Bev Hurley CBE, will also look into how educational bodies can cultivate entrepreneurial skills to inspire a new generation of business leaders.
 
Other attendees at the event will include Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna, FSB Chairman Mike Cherry and Rekha Mehr.
