Irwin Mitchell has successfully secured a 75-year-old Buckinghamshire woman £3,500 in compensation following a fall at a hotel.

During a hotel visit, our client unfortunately fell down a step which was not immediately obvious to the eye, due to the nature of the carpeting in the area.

She suffered soft tissue injuries to her ribs and knee from the fall, which resulted in the occurrence of a bakers cyst behind the knee tissue.

After instructing the specialist personal injury team at Irwin Mitchell to act on her behalf, the woman received £3,500 in compensation for the injuries that she had suffered during her fall.
