Woman Suffers Dog Bite Injury Whilst Delivering Catalogues

A woman sustained a dog bite injury to her breast whilst delivering catalogues to a property in the course of her employment.

The bite left scarring which was visible at normal conversational distance. Despite a robust denial of liability by the owner of the dog, Irwin Mitchell were able to secure an out of court settlement of £2,500 for the woman.
