On the 19 September 2007 our client was injured in an accident while visiting the Geffrye Museum in London.
Our client, who lives with cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound, was visiting the museum as part of an excursion arranged by the London Borough of Hackney. Our client was in attendance as part of a party including other people with special needs and their carers.
Unfortunately, another member of the party, who was not one of the carers, began to push our client and unintentionally pushed him down some concrete steps.
Our client suffered injuries to his face and mouth and had two of his teeth knocked out.
£6,000 was awarded in an out of court settlement
