Lawyers recently assisted a client to claim compensation after they were injured in a road traffic accident that caused spinal injury.

The client was a passenger in a car that was hit in the rear by another vehicle while waiting to enter a roundabout.
The client sustained a back injury and had to be removed from the vehicle on a spinal board. Following the accident, the client was kept in hospital for several weeks as the incident had exacerbated a pre existing generative spinal condition.
