A woman has been awarded compensation after she was struck by falling signage in a supermarket.
The woman was shopping in her local Netto store in February 2011. As she walked down an aisle, some advertising signage fell from the ceiling and struck her on the shoulder, arm and wrist. The incident left the woman with soft tissue injuries and tendon damage.
The defendants conceded that they were to blame for the accident and we helped the woman to settle her claim for £3,700.
