We helped a woman to claim compensation after she was injured in an accident in a supermarket.
Our client was shopping in her local Netto store in April 2008. While walking down an aisle she tripped due to three stacked bread pallets that had been left in the aisle. She suffered soft tissue injuries to her right hand.
Liability for the accident was initially denied so we issued court proceedings on our client's behalf. The proceedings were not served as the defendant then agreed to settle the case and our client was awarded £2,000 in compensation.
If you've been injured in a supermarket and it wasn't your fault, our personal injury claims team could help you claim compensation. See our Supermarket Accident Compensation Claims page for more information.
