Mr L, a driver from Sheffield sustained injuries when he was the driver of a stationary vehicle at a roundabout on Eckington Way, Sheffield. The other party failed to stop and collided with the rear of his vehicle.
Mr L sustained acute cervical strain and an acute lumbar strain. The medical evidence confirmed that a full and complete recovery should be achieved within 12 months of the accident date. No rehabilitation treatment was recommended.
