Call Centre Worker Gets Acoustic Shock Compensation

A CWU member has recently received damages of £4,500 following an acoustic shock incident at the BT Call Centre where she worked.
 
Our client suffered from tinnitus as a result of exposure to a high-pitched noise received down her headset.
