What Our Client Liaison Managers Do
While your lawyer investigates your claim, the client liaison team will work out the kind of care and rehabilitation that you need. They’ll also help to guide you through the claims process.
The immediate aftermath of an incident is often the most difficult time as you and your family come to terms with your new circumstances. So we’ll work quickly to assess:
- Your rehab needs
- What support you need with health and social issues
- Any financial help you may need

All Scottish cases will be handled by the Scottish law firm with which we are associated, Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP. The law relating to funding is different in Scotland and you will receive separate advice about what that means as well as a separate funding agreement.
