Biography
I’m Irwin Mitchell’s Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. My role is to lead the Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities of the Group. The activities of the department range from leading the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts for Irwin Mitchell Holdings Limited, managing the relationship with the Group’s shareholders and leading on various corporate development initiatives related to the capital structure of the Group.
I studied at Cardiff University and am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in various finance roles across a range of private and public sector companies covering sectors such as Professional Services, Energy, Automotive, Private Equity and Financial Services.
