Biography
As a Financial Services Coordinator, I offer support to financial advisers, my team, and their clients. My role involves processing new or existing business, liaising with clients, ensuring the system is accurate and up to date.
What motivated you to pursue financial services?
When I worked in customer services, assisting administrators, clients, and advisers within different financial firms. I always thought to myself what it would be like to be on the other end of the call asking the questions and helping your own clients directly, so I used my experience and a leap of faith to get into financial services and have been happy ever since.
What’s the most fulfilling part of your job?
Is making the clients happy, whether this is having a nice conversation over the phone and getting to know each other, building good relations, assisting them with any of their problems and ensuring they are always kept up to date.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I love gaming with my wife and friends in my spare time, going to restaurants trying new food, going to the cinema and gigs.
I also enjoy my TV shows and look forward to anytime I can spend with the family.
