The people - I am surrounded by very skilled and experienced lawyers who are always willing to share knowledge and offer support.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Court of Protection work is rewarding in so many ways, achieving a positive outcome for a client, witnessing their joy and the difference made to their life will never get old.
What inspired you to get into law?
From a very young age I knew I wanted to be a lawyer - flight attendant was also a consideration but I'm too short to reach the overhead compartments, so it was never a realistic option! I fell into Court of Protection many years ago and never looked back.
What do you do away from the office?
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places and keeping my two young children occupied. I try and get to the gym on a regular basis and do enjoy it when I get there.
