Biography
I am an Associate Director in our Commercial Legal Expense Insurer team in Sheffield, dealing predominantly with claims relating to a breach of contract. I help to lead a team of over 30 lawyers specialising in matters relating to employment disputes, misrepresentation, professional negligence and property damage.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
The reality is that it was a chance decision in my youth but having spent the last decade or so (give or take!) in the law I think it's fair to say I've never looked back.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
To win! The law changes all the time so the biggest challenge is the strategy and solutions needed to stay ahead of the changes and keep Irwin Mitchell at the top of the tree. This is the most rewarding aspect of the role.

What Do You Do Away From The Office?
Most of my spare time away from the office is spent with my wife and three children. When I can sneak away, you'll find me spending as much time as I can wearing brightly coloured, tight fitting clothes on my bike.
