Biography
I'm a Senior Associate in our London office, specialising in personal injury claims. I qualified in 2012 and act for both Claimants and Defendants (mainly large European insurers) on a wide range of claims including road accidents, accidents in the workplace and public spaces. These claims range from minor injuries to catastrophic injury claims, including brain damage, amputation and fatal accidents as well as non-bodily injury motor claims involving high value credit hire.
I speak fluent French, and many of my clients are French international insurers as well as individuals. All of my claims involve an international element in that a visitor has either been injured when visiting the UK or the accident has taken place abroad. These cases frequently involve cross-border and jurisdictional issues as well as the application of foreign law.
Examples of recent cases include:
- Claim involving injury sustained in the workplace due to failure to supply lifting equipment and/or support
- Claim involving injury due to contaminated food products
- Acting for a Dutch client in relation to a multi-million pound claim
