Biography
I am a Associate within the Residential Property department in Newbury. The department deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Secured Lending transactions
- Transfer of equity
- Probate conveyancing
- Complex title transactions
I specialise in the sale and acquisition of high-value freehold and leasehold residential property largely in the Home Counties and prime central London, along with rural estate transactions.
I also have extensive specialist experience in acting for private wealth banks in secured lending transactions, and I regularly act for both UK-based and international clients.
When did you qualify?
I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2017 before cross-qualifying as a Graduate Legal Executive in 2018.
What do you do away from the office?
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, yoga and cycling.
