Biography
Mike is a dual qualified chartered civil engineer and solicitor and specialises in non-contentious construction law.
Prior to moving into the law, Mike spent over 22 years in project management working for main contractors.
Mike is experienced in providing advice on procurement strategies, drafting, negotiating, settling and subsequent support for a wide range of forms of engineering and construction agreements. He has experience in offshore wind farms, biomass power stations, solar farms, water industry framework agreements, manufacturing/distribution facilities, real estate developments and of late, high-rise buildings cladding remedial projects.

- Advising an asset manager in connection with cladding remediation projects on a large portfolio of tall residential buildings
- Acting for a group of asset managers leading the negotiation of the grant funding agreements for the Governments cladding remediation funds
