Biography
I am a solicitor; a recent addition to the impressive Planning and Environment Team advising on all planning matters as well as expanding my expertise in environmental law.
"Everything is possible” is my motto and I am the type of person who sticks with a problem to prove just that. My determination forced me to work in legal sector all throughout my education, which included an undergraduate law degree in Slovenia. As such I gained experience in private as well as public sector, in England as well as abroad in various areas of law; Licensing, Contract Law, Family Law, Data Protection, Litigation, Environmental Law, Planning Law and Highways. Following my passion; focusing on planning and environmental matters, I have worked contentious and non- contentious matters relating to:
- statutory nuisance cases,
- advising at Planning Committees,
- drafting s106, s278 and s38 agreements
- providing legal advice on planning permissions, change of use and restrictions on title
Having been a trainee solicitor at a Borough Council I had very hands on experience; working under my own initiative drafting complex contract templates, Council Policies, conducting advocacy at Magistrates Court, advising on planning matters and much more. I am currently in the process of obtaining higher rights of audience as well.
