Testimonials
"I had the very good fortune to work with Kelly Gibson, who represented me in a dispute with my employers. She was fantastic and I cannot praise her enough, nor be more grateful. She negotiated with a very challenging and unreasonable American-based company who clearly had no idea about UK Employment Law nor how to fairly treat or value an employee, and although the outcome was not quite as we hoped it was in NO way as a result of her work. She was an absolute star! Truly, Thank You." Client Trustpilot 5* review
“I would highly recommend Kelly Gibson (Employment Lawyer) at Irwin Mitchell. Kelly has been our Employment Lawyer for the last couple of years and throughout has provided excellent advice in a timely manner. Kelly takes the time to really get to know your business and the issues you are dealing with which enables her to provide sound pragmatic advice. She does this in both a very professional and personable way." Sheffield Museums Trust (from former Head of HR Ben Ward)
"Kelly Gibson has a really strong awareness of the people-first nature of the business which ensures we receive clear advice on considerations and requirements for ER matters and broader people-based risks so that we can make the best decisions in-line with our organisation Values. Also great for a simple sound-out which for a stand-alone HR person is very reassuring and supportive." Karen Green, Corporate and HR Manager, Arches Housing
