Biography
I am an associate solicitor. I initially worked in London for three years and joined Irwin Mitchell in 1994.
I have substantial experience in dealing with all types of Will, trust and estate disputes, as well as being a professional negligence specialist.
I have particular experience in dealing with validity claims. In the case of Clancy v Clancy [2003] EWCH 1885 (Times, 9 September 2003) I acted for the claimant in a validity claim, which confirmed the principle that testamentary capacity can be considerably less at the time of execution of the will, than it had been when instructions were first given.
