Danielle is a paralegal in the transactional team. Having over nine years experience in commercial property, she has experience in assisting with acting for commercial clients on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and asset management. She has also provided real estate support to corporate and banking colleagues.
Recent Highlights
Danielle has recently assisted with project managing the sale of a portfolio of over 3,500 properties dealing with claims for adverse possession, transfers, licences to assign, leases and deeds of grant.
