I am a solicitor in the International Personal Injury team. I specialise in helping people who have suffered injuries abroad to secure the settlements they need to help them move on from their injuries.  I act for clients who have been injured as a result of road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, medical treatment or any other means.

What Inspired You To Get Into Law?

I've always wanted to work in a profession which enables me to put specialist expertise to a practical use. As a specialist in the International Personal Injury team I can use my expertise and knowledge regarding international law for the benefit of my clients.

What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?

It's important to me to be in a role that gives me the chance to make a real difference to people's lives. In my work I'm able to build relationships with my clients to manage them through the legal process and help them achieve the best outcome possible.

What Do You Do Away From The Office?

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching football and making occasional trips to the gym!

    Leeds Holidaymaker Taking Legal Action After Suffering Serious Injuries In Fuerteventura Airport Transfer

    “Marlene had enjoyed her holiday but the crash on the way home left her suffering really serious injuries which could have been life-threatening. “She has been through a terrifying ordeal and had to wear a body brace for four months. It is important that we find out exactly what happened. Luckily, she was wearing a seatbelt, otherwise it could have been much worse. “Marlene understandably now wants to know what happened and whilst our investigations are on-going, the police did attend the scene and we have obtained a copy of their records. “Those records reveal that the driver of the mini-bus admitted to police that the accident was caused as a result of him falling asleep at the wheel. As a result of that admission, criminal proceedings have been commenced against the driver in Spain.”
