Biography
I qualified as a family law solicitor within the London team in March 2018. Before this, I spent two years working as a family paralegal in a boutique firm.
I advise clients on a wide range of family law matters arising from a relationship breakdown including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes and arrangements for children. I'm committed to navigating clients through a difficult time and enabling them to move on to the next stage of their lives. I also advise in respect of proactive measures and wealth protection including cohabitation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
I have expertise in resolving financial disputes ranging from those with a modest asset base to ultra-high-net-worth cases. My particular interest lies with complex financial remedy matters involving international elements, business structures and trusts. Since qualifying in 2018, I've worked on several high-net-worth cases including those heard in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
I also have experience dealing with private children law cases including those with international elements and contested jurisdictional disputes. I have a particular interest in international relocation matters, primarily those involving families residing in the Middle East.
I take an understanding and conscientious approach at all times, while maintaining a desire to achieve the best result possible for our clients. I approach my cases with empathy and with a drive to reach amicable solutions wherever possible but I'm adept at litigation when necessary.
I'm a member of Resolution and sit as Secretary on the London YRes Committee.
