Leeds Law Firm Tackling Three Peaks Challenge To Raise Funds For The Child Brain Injury Trust

Lawyers Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 Hours

A team of six from Leeds law firm Irwin Mitchell will be tackling the National Three Peaks Challenge in a bid to raise funds for the Child Brain Injury Trust.

They will start their journey on 23 June by climbing Ben Nevis (1345m), before taking on Scafell Pike (978m) and the final leg on Snowdon (1085m) and will have just 24 hours to complete all three ascents including both driving and climbing time.

The team - Stephanie Innes-Smith, Carolyn Heaton, Sion Kingston, Andrew Merrick, Keith Norman and Alan Ball - are taking on the challenge to raise money for the Child Brain Injury Trust which has supported a number of their clients in the past.

The Trust provides help and support to children who have suffered a brain injury or an illness leading to brain damage.

It supports these children and young people, as well as their families and helps them come to terms with what has happened and how to deal with the uncertainty that the future may hold.

Carolyn Heaton, a Partner and expert serious injury lawyer at Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office, said:
