Significant Appointment For Restructuring & Insolvency Team

Doug Robertson, a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner in the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell, has been appointed to the main council of the Non-Administrative Receivers Association (NARA).

Established in 1995, NARA was created by a group of professionals from the property, legal, and insolvency disciplines, and is the only trade body for appropriately qualified, accountable and regulated Registered Property Receivers.

It has over 350 members and aims to promote the role of Fixed Charge Receivers, ensure high standards amongst practitioners and seek to introduce and change regulations.

Doug has been a member of NARA for over six years and recently spoke at their 2015 annual conference in London.
