We are delighted to announce that Richard Dawson has joined IM. Richard has been working with seriously injured clients for all of his working life.
He has been on the SIA specialist solicitor’s panel since 1989, and in 1997 he gave up all other injury claims to concentrate exclusively on claims involving spinal cord injuries.
Since 2000, he has settled a total of around 70 claims, with a potential value to his injured clients of nearly £200 million.
Many of these claims involved high level tetraplegia, including some clients on long term ventilation or phrenic nerve pacers.
He is acknowledged as one of the country’s leading expert solicitors in this field and he is an assessor for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Spinal Cord Injury panel.
In addition to all this, Richard is a very warm, genuine and caring individual, whose friendly style fits well with the way IM look after our clients.
