Law Firm Named Among Five Top Achievers In Latest Great Place To Work Survey
The launch by Great Place To Work of its list of the UK’s Best Workplaces In Consulting and Professional Services for 2023 has seen Irwin Mitchell recognised among the best organisations in the Large & Super Large category.
Irwin Mitchell was named one of five ‘Top Achievers’ in the Super Large segment, a new Great Place To Work initiative, designed to shine a light on the top performing organisations in each category.
The Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services list is prepared using anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry about their workplace experience.
Irwin Mitchel’s employees anonymously reported that the firm continues to be a great place to work and follows the firm’s development and implementation of new polices in respect of staff wellbeing in recent years. In 2021, the firm introduced its ‘Flexible By Choice’ policy, allowing colleagues to decide where and when they choose to work, subject to their role and client needs.
Great Place To Work is a consultancy specialising in workplace culture and used their research-backed Trust Index employee surveys to analyse the responses of UK-based consulting and professional services employees to determine the Best Workplaces list.
The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
