New Funding From Praetura Ventures Set To Boost Ambitious Global Expansion Plans For SaaS Start-Up
The corporate team at Irwin Mitchell has advised cloud-based software start up Fluid.work on a new £2m investment from Manchester-based Praetura Ventures.
Fluid.work is an innovative SaaS company aiming to improve working lives, by bridging the gap between people, offices, tools and management.
Adam Kaucher led the Irwin Mitchell team advising Fluid.work, alongside Greg Mazgajczyk, in a month which saw the team advise on a number of other seed and series-A investment rounds including Orka Technology Group and Relative Insight.
The team at Fluid.work has devised a platform which facilitates more productive working environments, through affording greater transparency and efficiencies across day-to-day business functions, coupled with real time data driven support for decision making.
The investment from Praetura is aimed at giving Fluid.work the resources necessary to grow its team, boost its marketing activity and fast-track its plans for global expansion of its services.
Jared Whitaker, chief executive of Fluid.work, said: "We are delighted to have closed this funding round with Praetura Ventures. Fluid.work is set to scale and grow massively, and we are so excited to share our solution with more clients globally."
