Specialist Lawyers Instructed By Parents To Help Establish Answers
A nurse at the Countess of Chester Hospital has been charged with murdering eight babies and the attempted murder of a further 10.
Lucy Letby was last night charged following a police investigation into deaths and non-fatal collapses at the hospital’s neo-natal unit.
Specialist lawyers at Irwin Mitchell are supporting parents connected to the investigation and are seeking to establish answers on their behalf.
Letby, aged 30, from Hereford, was arrested for a third time earlier this week as part of Cheshire Police’s investigation which covers the period March 2015 to July 2016.
