

Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate Team Advises On Deal
The Real Estate team at Irwin Mitchell in Leeds has advised Pennine Property Partnership Ltd on its sale of the former St Luke's Hospital in Huddersfield.
The hospital closed at the start of 2011 and the sale of the site, which extends to 20 acres, was agreed and completed to Avant Homes for the redevelopment of 226 new family homes.
Pennine Property Partnership is a 50:50 joint venture between Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield based HBD.
Avant Homes is one of the fastest growing housebuilders in the UK. Operating in Scotland, the north east of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands, it has five regional offices and employs over 700 people.
