Ambitious inTec Continues With Buy And Build Strategy
Altrincham-based inTec Business Technology Limited has bought IT support business, Titan Network Services Limited, for an undisclosed seven figure sum.
Founded in 2007 by Mick Satiar, Titan Network Services is based in Manchester city centre and specialises in delivering complete IT solutions to businesses across the North West.
The new owner is a leading digital technology transformation consultancy which has been operating since early 2009.
Headed up by managing director, Simon Peck, inTec works with organisations of all sizes and specialises in advising them on streamlining their business processes though technology solutions to become more productive.
The deal will boost Intec’s growth plans and it continues the ambitious Altrincham-based firm’s buy and build strategy.
Titan Network Services founder Mick Satiar will remain with Titan as a director following the sale. Commenting on the deal, he said: “Titan has over the last 12 years built an impressive reputation and together with fellow director, Garry Grimshaw, we have built a client list that we’re very proud of.
“It is important that our new owner shares our ethos and commitment to excellent customer service and I’m confident that inTec is the perfect business to take Titan forward.”
DTE Corporate Finance advised the shareholders at Titan Network Services with Victoria Zivkovic, Corporate partner at Irwin Mitchell and Gregory Mazgajczyk, providing legal support. Squire Patton Boggs advised the buyers.
